Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our dedicated team at a prestigious commercial facility in the Cheshire area.

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours including early shifts and late shifts.

Overtime is available, and a £200 standby payment is offered (frequency to be confirmed).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical, planned, and reactive maintenance within a highly prestigious facility and estate
  • Perform PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across building services plant
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Monitor the Building Management System (BMS)
  • Identify areas for improvement and energy reduction
  • Diagnose faults effectively and make good whenever possible
  • Collaborate with Mechanical, HVAC, and fabric teams as needed
  • Carry out electrical small works and lifecycle repairs
Requirements
  • Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or Part 1&2)
  • Experience of PPM and reactive maintenance works
  • Plant room experience
  • Fixed wire testing qualified and experience
  • 18th edition certification
  • Excellent client-facing skills
