Exciting Opportunity at Devon and Cornwall Police

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Drugs Testing on Arrest (DTOA) team at Torquay Police Station.

This is a temporary role, working Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week, requiring travel to different force locations and custody suites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the DTOA process, ensuring quality and continuity in the testing process, and providing performance management information to the Home Office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing and interpreting data gathered through the programme and reporting back to the organisation.
  • Collating and recording offences related to the DTOA programme, making decisions on prosecution, creating prosecution files, and monitoring outcomes.
  • Maintaining equipment for the programme and training staff.

Requirements

A clean Full UK Driver's licence is essential for this role.
