About the Role

G2 Legal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Property Solicitor to lead our successful Property team in Surrey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned solicitor to take on a management role and drive the team's success in the Surrey market and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing and commercial property cases
  • Lead the Property team and provide guidance and support to team members
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with CQS standards and maintain strong relationships with lenders
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to team members and clients
Requirements
  • 5+ years of PQE in residential conveyancing and commercial property
  • Proven management experience and leadership skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in property law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
