MJ Quinn is a leading M&E contractor with a strong history of installations and maintenance across the UK. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our established team.

The role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering mechanical projects on time, in accordance with specifications, and to our customers' expectations. The successful candidate will define project requirements and scope, ensure project resources, and oversee the efforts of project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on projects from inception to completion, including site surveys, layout design, quotations, and client liaison.
  • Plan and manage various programmes, including commercial projects.
  • Lead project teams to ensure technical accuracy and quality control.
  • Implement health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Carry out regular audits of staff performance and quality of work.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in management on M&E projects or similar.
  • Recognised Building Services Qualifications (HNC or equivalent).
  • Computer literacy - Word, Excel, Microsoft Project.
  • IOSH/NEBOSH certification.
  • Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
