About the Role

We are seeking a talented Commercial Graduate Surveyor to join our team at Morepeople 01780. As a key member of our Commercial Property department, you will play a vital role in assisting our commercial team with the acquisition and disposal of properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing marketing materials and conducting inspections to support property valuations for leasing and sales
  • Managing service charge budgets and negotiating lease renewals
  • Conducting property surveys and preparing client reports
  • Building professional relationships with clients and staying informed on industry regulations

In return, you will be provided with a structured training programme and close exposure to our experienced team, with exceptional personal development and promotion prospects.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a RICS accredited graduate with a commercial focus, ideally with some postgraduate experience. You should be numerate and IT literate, with a full UK driving license and the ability to travel to clients off-site.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
