Job Description

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting ICT systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot ICT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment and software.
  • Monitor and manage the school's ICT infrastructure, including servers, Wi-Fi, and printers.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to set up ICT resources for lessons, presentations, and school events.
  • Deliver regular maintenance and updates to ensure smooth ICT operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an ICT Technician role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
