Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef Manager to join our team at one of our prestigious sites in Bradford. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the delivery of exceptional food quality and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our clients.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Monitor and control kitchen costs, including food, labor, and supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a similar environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, and ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
