About the Opportunity:

LHH is delighted to be partnering with a reputable public sector organisation to appoint a Pay and Reward Specialist.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will work within the People & Culture Division, instrumental in developing a compensation and benefits programme that meets the needs of the organisation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design a compensation and benefits programme that attracts and retains talent, is flexible and aligns with the People and Culture Strategy.
  2. Recommend pay modelling strategies, assess compensation and benefits and their impact on employment policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with the People team to develop options for a future compensation and benefits package that supports career progression, promotes well-being and recognises individual and team contributions.
Requirements:
  • Experienced HR professional with job evaluation and grading structure principles expertise.
  • Proven job evaluation process experience.
  • Project management skills, including communication and engagement planning.
  • Stakeholder management skills, developing strong and trusting relationships.
  • Familiarity with public sector pay policy beneficial.
