Sales and Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Baron's Eden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Handle all incoming inquiries and reservation calls professionally, providing accurate and timely information to guests.
- Process bookings, schedule treatments, and guest dining arrangements, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
- Send out booking confirmations and relevant documents promptly, maintaining high standards of communication.
- Drive sales and improve guest reservations through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Promote and sell hotel and spa packages, memberships, and special promotions to maximize revenue.
- Maintain knowledge of all spa services, treatments, and products, staying updated on new offerings and trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working within the hospitality industry or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
