Our team advises clients on economic and financial matters related to litigation and regulatory proceedings, and guides corporations through critical business strategy and performance-related issues.

We have nearly 60 years of experience in providing clients with clear, implementable solutions to complex business concerns.

Position Overview

Candidates will be expected to take on genuine responsibility, assisting Vice Presidents and other senior staff by providing conceptual and practical input to competition case work as required.

The role brings the possibility of working on some of the largest and most significant competition cases in Europe, playing a key role in shaping the cases.

Desired Qualifications

  • A first degree in economics and a PhD/DPhil in economics from a well-regarded institution with a strong foundation in microeconomics, preferably with a specialism in large data sets or Industrial Organisation and/or statistics/econometrics, plus up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Professional work experience in consulting, business, or with a competition authority is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of economic concepts, competition/regulatory authorities, competition policy, and quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and leadership.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills.
