Senior Chef Management Role Scotland

We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our relief team working across Scotland and Cumbria. The successful candidate will be required to travel between sites, with a preference for candidates based in the central belt of Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional results
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of kitchen operations, including inventory management and stock control
- Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Chef or equivalent
- Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
