Bakery Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Team Leader to join our team at One Retail. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our bakery operations, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage the efficient opening and closing of the in-store bakery
  • Ensure that high standards of quality and presentation are maintained throughout service
  • Implement and maintain accurate stock controls and manage stock deliveries
  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a related industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • Ability to work flexibly and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
