Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated **Engineering Supervisor** with a strong background in hands-on maintenance within a manufacturing environment. The primary objective of this position is to provide robust engineering support to the operational team, ensuring optimal personnel coverage, machinery upkeep, and adherence to electrical regulations. Candidates with relevant experience in the **FMCG sector** are encouraged to consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct both proactive and reactive maintenance across the factory
- Manage order placement and inventory replenishment via the SAP system
- Act as a deputy to the Engineering Manager
- Oversee machinery maintenance and uphold electrical standards
- Evaluate performance and facilitate training initiatives
- Ensure strict compliance with Health and Safety protocols
