Production Role Overview

Job Responsibilities



  • Manage personal workload and ensure all milestones are achieved.
  • Support the implementation of best practice processes and continuous improvement methods.
  • Operate within the Quality policy and procedures as defined in the quality system.
  • Maintain a flexible attitude and approach to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Monitor and report on existing processes, indicating the need for corrective action as required.
  • Support the Cell Leader in improving the performance and development of the team.
  • Establish and maintain close and effective working relationships with other members of the team.
  • Ensure personal and team compliance with Health and Safety policy and procedures.

Requirements


We're looking for someone with a recognised relevant engineering qualification and experience in a similar role. You'll need good practical knowledge of skills such as mechanical assembly, electrical and electronic assembly, wiring looms, Electrical soldering, surface mount soldering and bench assemblies.
