Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Paediatric Dysphagia Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Birmingham. As a therapist in this role, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and providing support to children with eating, drinking, and swallowing difficulties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's swallowing needs
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to improve eating and drinking abilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including families, healthcare professionals, and educators
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices
