Croydon Council is recruiting for a Qualified Social Work Practitioner to join its Family Assessment Service. As a Qualified Social Work Practitioner, you will carry out child and family assessments, create family plans, and work with families to support the intervention of agreed plans.

The role requires a strong understanding of systemic practice and ability to engage with families and referrers from all partner agencies. You must also demonstrate skills in analytical writing and effective time management. In return, Croydon Council offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary range of £45,510-£53,607 (Grade 11-14), accredited systemic practice training, and a pension scheme with an average employer contribution of 20%.
