Role Overview

As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our community. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides essential electronic tagging services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the electronic monitor tagging team to ensure seamless operations and clear communication.
  • Assist in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving License - No more than 9 points.
  • BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application).
  • DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Working Pattern

  • Full Time 37.5 hours per week.
  • Shift pattern: 10 week rotation, covering 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Training

  • 1 day online training and induction.
