Gibson Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their operations team on a permanent basis.
As a Quantity Surveyor reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for advising on contract conditions and commercial matters, maintaining accurate financial control systems, and ensuring commercial awareness of contracts to maximise profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, submitting, and agreeing a budget and monitoring actual performance against the agreed budget.
- Applying the appropriate financial processes and supporting the Contracts Managers in respect of project and commercial deliverables.
- Requiring a Degree in Quantity Surveying and proficiency in Microsoft Packages, including Microsoft Excel.
