As a Children's Support Worker with SGS Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a full-time position. Your primary objective will be to promote education, independence, and well-being while fostering a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transporting young individuals to various activities is an essential part of this role.
  • You will develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, creating a sense of trust and security.
  • Supporting daily routines, education, and personal development will be crucial in helping young people thrive.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve service goals will be an ongoing aspect of this position.

Requirements:

  • A valid Full UK Driving Licence is mandatory for this role.
  • L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare is required.
  • Ideal experience in supporting children is desirable, but a genuine passion for working with children is essential.
