We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst (Fixed Term) to join our team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely insights to support trust-wide decision making.
Main Responsibilities- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain regular performance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support trust-wide decision making.
- Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across various systems and sources.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders across the trust to understand their reporting needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to colleagues on data analysis and reporting tools and techniques.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
