Job Summary

GHA Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Floor Layer to join our team. As a Floor Layer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of flooring, including timber, carpet, Altro / Cap and Cove, laminate / flat lay, and Polysafe / Vinyl.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, repair, and maintenance of flooring types
  • Working on-site at Heathrow airport and other security-accessible sites
  • Ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulations
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals
  • Providing excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Five-year trackable employment history with no substantial gaps
  • PC literacy
  • Full driver's license
  • Ability to work day and night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

What We Offer

  • Salary up to £34,000 negotiable depending on experience
  • Enhanced night rate at time and a half
  • Company works vehicle provided
  • 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
