Machine Operator Job Description

Cotteswold Dairy is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team in Tewkesbury. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our milk and cream filling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, clean down, and operate milk and cream filling equipment while maintaining efficiency standards
  • Maintain and monitor quality through Company standards; maintain excellent levels of health, safety, and hygiene
  • Pack finished products on the end of the line ready to send through to distribution
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in food production as a machine operative or similar role
  • Proactive and able to work accurately and with precision in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work shifts, including early and late shifts, and be reliably able to commute to work
