Patient Care Provider

As a Care Assistant with City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, enabling them to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes.
Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with personal care, managing their medication, and supporting them with daily tasks such as shopping and housework. You will also have the chance to develop new skills and knowledge as part of our comprehensive training and development program.
We offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour, with the option to earn £12.50 on weekends, plus 30p mileage. Our benefits package includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card discounts nationwide.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our close-knit team. While previous experience in social care is not necessary, you will need to demonstrate a genuine passion for caring and making a positive impact on people's lives.
