About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Solution Architect to join our team at Sanderson. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integrated solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Central Engagement and Finance & Operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of technical designs.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the Microsoft D365 application stack, including Field Services, Customer Engagement Platform, Supply Chain Management, and Enterprise Asset Management.
  • Design and implement solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and Common integration methodologies (Logic Apps, Biztalk, Scribe, Power Automate).
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of systems design and development methodologies, with a focus on reuse, maintainability, and supportable design.
  • Collaborate with mobile development teams to design and implement mobile solutions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Technical Architect role, with experience in both Finance & Operations and Central Engagement.
  • Technical design and architecture of Dynamics Field Service, Customer Service, Enterprise Asset Management, solutions.
  • Successful, enterprise-scale, operational implementation and adoption of those designs.
  • Extensive wider knowledge of the Microsoft D365 application stack.
  • Good understanding and solution design experience of technologies, including Microsoft Dynamics Field Services, Microsoft Dynamics Field Services Mobile, Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement Platform, Microsoft Dynamics Supply Chain Management & Enterprise Asset Management, Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Common integration methodologies, and Microsoft Collaboration Platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree, Computer Science or related field preferred.
