About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Team Leader to join our team. As a Technical Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line technical support to business customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting a small team of support advisers, managing team ticket performance using a Freshdesk ticketing system, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd line technical support to business customers via various communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, including hardware and software issues.
  • Mentor and support a small team of support advisers.
  • Manage team ticket performance using a Freshdesk ticketing system.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in handling B2B technical queries in a Technical Support Helpdesk role or Managed Service Provider.
  • A genuine passion for technology and customer service.
  • Solid IT technical knowledge and relevant qualifications, such as CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Server.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
