Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Kerbside Driver to join our team. As a Material Collector - Council Area Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and lifting recyclable materials from residential areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and transport recyclable materials from designated council areas
- Lift and handle recyclable materials in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with a two-man team to complete collection runs
- Enter/exit vehicle approximately 250 times per day
Requirements
- C Class Driving Licence (HGV Class 2)
- Driver CPC Card
About the Role
This is not a driving-only role, and candidates must be physically capable of handling recyclable materials. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.24.
Salary and Benefits
