Medical Support Manager

The Medical Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Community Dental Service Administration Team and Designed to Smile Healthcare Support Workers.
Main Responsibilities- Investigate queries or issues, make judgments on their resolution, and escalate when necessary.
- E nsure all Service Level Agreements, Policies, and Procedures are up-to-date and track and highlight issues to the Business Manager.
- Contribute to the development of the service by staying up-to-date with best practices and suggesting changes.
- Appropriate degree-level qualification in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Developed knowledge and confidence in IT software packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Electronic Diaries, Internet, and SOEL.
- Ability to collate, analyze, and draw conclusions from data and present reports in various formats.
