The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Bartender to join our team at The Granary Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative cocktails, managing our bar operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a menu of unique and delicious cocktails
- Manage the bar area, including inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests
- Work collaboratively with our events team to create and execute live music events and promotions
