Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of delivering accurate estimates for high-value construction in the £10million to £40million region.

This role plays a pivotal part in our pre-construction phase, ensuring that all bids are competitive and financially sound.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering accurate estimates within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
