Senior Acoustic Consultant Opportunity

Luxury Salary Plus Comprehensive Benefits: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

About the Role:

Penguin Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Acoustic Consultant to join a dynamic employee-owned consultancy. As a key member of the team, you will work on high-profile UK and international projects, utilizing your expertise in noise modeling, environmental assessments, building acoustics, and sound insulation testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Noise modeling using CadnaA and ODEON software
  • Conducting environmental noise assessments and surveys
  • Delivering high-quality technical reports
  • Liaising with clients regarding project requirements
  • Site visits for project monitoring and quality control

Requirements:

  • Relevant Acoustics degree or similar
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Full UK driving license
  • Education sector project experience including schools, universities, and colleges
  • Knowledge of British standards such as BB93
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Membership in the Institute of Acoustics (IoA)
