Associate Area Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Area Manager to join our team at Eastridge Workforce Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts and assisting the team in workflow and requisition management, compliance management, and client development and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Submit a minimum of 12 candidates per week to open job orders
- Produce a minimum of $25,000 in gross profit per month ($75,000/quarter)
- Help Ensure that all team members reach minimum KPIs
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with all direct reports once per week on an individual basis
- Build a high-performance team; develop, assess, supervise direct reports, and provide ongoing training and development to staff.
- Manage candidate-recruiting efforts including classified advertising, web advertising, and website content, and seek other recruiting means for attracting top talent.
- 3+ years of recent Technical Recruiting experience (Engineering, Skilled Trades, Construction, Manufacturing, etc) in a Staffing/Recruiting Agency setting
- Experience mentoring and/or training junior recruiters
- Demonstrated ability to manage clients and accounts
- Experience managing a team of recruiters
- Full-Desk Recruiting experience (Sales and Recruiting experience)
- P&L Management Experience
