We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to provide maternity leave cover for our Breast Care team at King's College Hospital.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing advice and support to patients with breast cancer, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with breast cancer, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based clinical nursing practice in line with current research and guidelines.
  • Establish clear lines of communication with primary healthcare teams to increase knowledge and facilitate care in the community.
  • Work collaboratively with the breast care nursing team and provide cross-cover when required.
Requirements
  • NMC Level 1 or Level 15 Registered Nurse.
