Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at CE Back Office, a leading consultancy specializing in HR and payroll transformations. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end payroll delivery across multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end support to payroll service delivery across multiple clients
- Manage payroll queries from clients and escalate where necessary
- Collate data and prepare payroll imports and changes
- Review payroll data, including manual checks, and prepare to sign off reports
- Obtain sign-off from clients for audit
- Prepare and upload third-party reports
- Conduct compliance checks across the payroll
- Support annual payroll tasks, including year-end processing, P11D submissions, and PSA reporting
- Strong mathematics skills and ability to carry out manual payroll calculations
- Ability to run manual payroll calculations, including tax, NIC, student loans, and pension deductions
- Ability to process payroll from end to end, including year-end procedures
- Ability to use Excel, including use of formulas, v-look-ups, and pivot tables
- Strong written and verbal communication
