Care Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers in Turriff. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Support service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Accompany service users on outings and activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement
- Assist with hobbies and interests, fostering a sense of purpose and fulfillment
- Provide emotional support and companionship, helping service users to build confidence and self-esteem
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for service users
