Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Deliver High-Quality Technical Services: Provide expert technical advice and carry out vehicle inspections to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles in accordance with our approved technical procedures.
  • Assist Senior and Master Technicians: Work closely with senior and master technicians to ensure seamless operations and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain Comprehensive Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and other relevant information.
  • Create a Supportive Team Culture: Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork among colleagues.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Fully Qualified: Hold a City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 qualification, NVQ Level 2 or 3, or equivalent.
  • Process Management: Demonstrate ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork efficiently.
  • Previous Automotive Experience: Have prior experience working as an automotive technician or mechanic.
  • Colleague Development: Show ability to support, coach, and develop colleagues and junior team members.
  • Driving License: Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
  • Right to Work in the UK: Have evidence of 'Right to work in the UK.'
