Job Title: Senior Associate/Associate Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate/Associate Solicitor to join our Real Estate team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and support to our clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.

About the Role:
  • Qualified Solicitor - Scotland/England & Wales- with 1 + years PQE for the associate level role and 4 + years PQE for the senior associate role
  • Demonstrable experience of working on real estate transactions
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting and communication skills
  • Experience of drafting a broad range of commercial property contracts and documents
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
