About Us

We are a specialist school in Smallfield, Surrey dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for students aged 6-11 years old with Autism and associated behavioural and communication difficulties.

Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting our students with their learning and wellbeing to help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • To build strong relationships with pupils, ensuring they feel safe and supported throughout their time at the school.
  • To promote independence and personal development among our students, helping them to develop important life skills.
  • To work closely with the Class Teacher to deliver effective lessons and manage classroom activities.
  • To respond to the diverse needs of the school, adapting to changing circumstances to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

What We Offer

The estimated salary for this role is £21,995.67 - £23,514.45 per annum, plus a welcome bonus of £1000. You will also benefit from working 40 hours per week, term-time only, Monday to Friday.
