Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced M&E Technician to join our team in Barnet. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of engineering building services installation and maintenance techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage working day efficiently and escalate to line manager if support or assistance is required.
• Strictly follow business Health and Safety processes and escalate risks to line manager immediately.
• Ensure all works assigned are managed to achieve attendance and rectification times.

Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 in a relevant trade.
• Mechanical bias preferred.
