Taylor Higson is a leading independent retail design agency specialising in creating exceptional customer experiences and visually stunning designs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage own projects from concept through to full installation.
- Oversee multiple fast-paced retail and brand activation projects.
- Travel to suppliers, project sites, and occasionally overseas for client and supplier visits.
Key Performance Indicators include delivering projects on time and within budget.
A successful candidate will anticipate and address project risks, produce accurate production quotes, negotiate with suppliers, and have flexibility with hours as needed.
To be suitable for this role, you must have 2+ years' experience delivering retail projects e.g. pop-ups, store updates, fixture rollouts, or in-store graphics.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques (e.g., wood, metal, plastics, lighting, signage) is essential.
- Candidates should possess clear communication, organisational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel) and job costing software (e.g., Sage) is required.
- A full UK driving licence is necessary for the role.
We offer a competitive salary of £37,500 per annum based on the location and industry standards.
The salary range reflects the company's market positioning and takes into account the cost of living in Leicestershire.
The role comes with a comprehensive benefits package including 29 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays and birthday off), flexible hybrid work arrangement (80% office-based), and opportunities for growth and development.
