Job Description

Our team is dynamic, innovative, and client-focused, supported by an inclusive and fun company culture. We're seeking an experienced Senior Construction Planner to work within our Real Estate Division, focusing on supporting our Commercial Developer and Industrial, Sciences, and Technology teams in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and other influential stakeholders.
  • Produce detailed integrated programmes, backed up by a build strategy, construction methodology, logistics scheme, and phasing plans.
  • Provide planning advice and direction to project team members and stakeholders, producing programme assurance reports.
  • Apply critical path analysis and assess the impact of changes on critical and non-critical activities.
  • Deliver programme outputs to analyze compensation events, early warning notices, and impacts.
  • Coordinate between clients, partners, consultants, and contractors' programmes of works and compliance with the project programme.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Senior Planner/Project Planner with a UK-based main contractor or project management consultancy.
  • Experience on various projects, including Residential, Commercial, Education, Leisure, Industrial, Health, and Retail.
  • Proficient use of Asta Powerproject (Primavera and Microsoft Project an added bonus).
