Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker - Care Team Member

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our care team. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide supervision and guidance to young people in our care
* Safeguard the well-being and safety of young people
* Promote education and independence skills
