Job Title: Property Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Lawyer to join our team at Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector. As a Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on a range of property matters, including commercial leases, landlord and tenant, and development projects.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Lawyer to join our team and contribute to the success of our public sector client. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including drafting and negotiating legal documents, providing advice on property law, and working with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and negotiating legal documents, including commercial leases and development agreements
  • Providing advice on property law, including landlord and tenant and development matters
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and other lawyers
  • Assisting with other areas of property law, including planning and compulsory purchase law
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Property Lawyer, with a strong understanding of property law and a proven track record of providing excellent legal advice. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
