Insurance Contracts Specialist

As a key member of the Densell Recruitment team, you will be working as an Insurance Contracts Specialist. This role involves managing insurance company contracts from surveying and scoping to delivering property reinstatement projects to completion.
Liaising with policyholders, insurers, and trades is essential for smooth project execution. You will carry out site visits to survey and produce a scope of works, allocating the correct trades and materials. Supervising larger works and ensuring compliance with health & safety and good working practices is also crucial.
You will provide updates and reports on project progress, ensuring excellent customer service and quality of works. A background in surveying and scoping insurance claim repair projects is necessary, as well as experience in overseeing trades and sub-contractors within a property repairs environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of trades and relevant costs within the industry, with the ability to produce an accurate schedule of works. A full UK driving licence is required (vehicle options available). The estimated salary for this position is £45,000-£55,000 per annum.
