About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled NDT Technician to join our team at JMC Aviation. As a key member of our maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct NDT inspections on a diverse range of components using various techniques, including Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, and Ultrasonic Testing.
  • Develop and maintain technique method sheets for testing components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and expand your certification and expertise.
  • Monitor and analyze operating methods to drive qualitative and quantitative improvements in our service delivery.
Requirements
  • Aerospace Apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of NDT theory and practice, including Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, and Ultrasonic Testing.
  • Proven experience in component inspection and testing.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar business software, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English both written and verbal.
