Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As an Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for managing an Estimating Team and ensuring the smooth operation of our print and packaging estimating processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and lead an Estimating Team to achieve targets and deadlines.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our MIS system, including the print estimating and ordering modules.
  3. Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless integration of estimating and production processes.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve estimating efficiency and accuracy.
  5. Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external clients.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in managing an Estimating Team and leading estimating processes.
  2. Strong knowledge of MIS systems, particularly in the print and packaging industry.
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
