We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health in Northampton. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
- Conduct regular safety checks and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe swimming pool area.
- Develop and maintain ongoing training records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Engage with members and provide support and guidance to ensure they have a positive experience.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.01, as well as a range of benefits including holiday in line with the working time directive, access to our pension scheme, and discounted gym membership.
As a Bank Contract Lifeguard, you will work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability. This provides flexibility and opportunities to work a variety of shifts.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and have a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn new skills.
