Aerospace Safety Manager

Award-winning global engineering consultancy business is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong background in health and safety management, with a focus on promoting a positive health and safety culture across two sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and assess hazards, develop and implement risk assessments, and conduct toolbox talks.
- Lead on in-house health and safety training and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Work closely with the team to promote a positive health and safety culture and ensure a safe working environment.
- Previous experience in a health and safety or HSE/QHSE focused position.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
- NEBOSH qualification or equivalent level of experience.
- Experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, or facilities environment is beneficial.
- A full driving licence is required to travel between sites.
