Job Summary

Thales is seeking an experienced Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification (IVVQ) Engineer to join our team in Crawley, UK. As an IVVQ Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering solutions to our customers in the Civil and Military domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IVVQ strategies and plans to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Design and execute testing methods, acceptance criteria, and manage their implementation
  • Communicate design non-compliances to the team and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
  • Lead IVVQ activities on-site at Crawley or at customer premises to deliver evidence of compliance
  • Analyse test results and produce technical reports
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with the VVQ phase
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IVVQ roles on complex system development/integration
  • Good understanding of IVVQ strategies and philosophies
  • Detailed knowledge of system lifecycles
  • Experience with continuous integration and test activities
  • Excellent technical writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
