We are seeking an experienced Paramedic to join our team at The Chislehurst Partnership. As a Paramedic, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Main Responsibilities- Assess and triage patients, providing definitive treatment and making referrals as necessary.
- Advise patients on general healthcare and promote self-management, signposting to social prescribing services and other community resources.
- Provide clinical leadership within the practice, performing specialist health checks and reviews, and interpreting ECGs.
- Support the delivery of anticipatory care plans and lead certain services, including monitoring blood pressure and diabetes risk in elderly patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of care.

Requirements- Minimum of two years' experience as a Paramedic.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
