As a Check In Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring vehicles are delivered and collected between branches in a timely manner, and inspecting vehicles for damage when they are collected or returned.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers on arrival and return of their hire
* Complete all necessary handover paperwork with the customer
* Ensure vehicles are delivered and collected between branches in a timely manner
* Inspect vehicles for damage when they are collected or returned
* Report any damage, defects, or issues to the Branch Manager
* Assist with any refueling of our vehicles
Requirements:
* Valid full clean driving license for a minimum of 12 months
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail
* Willingness to work on a shift rota/shift basis to cover branch opening hours
